  • High-volume periods may result in slight delays; updates are sent via email when needed.
  • Orders placed after business hours are handled the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery (if applicable): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Additional days may be required due to customs checks, courier delays or severe weather. Tracking updates will reflect real-time progress.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, delivery method and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during select promotional periods.
  • Express delivery options may be provided for an additional fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and additional clearance fees not included in payments made to Luxevéria.

  • Customs duties, taxes and handling charges must be covered by the customer.
  • Refused parcels due to unpaid customs may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Luxevéria is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While Luxevéria cannot assume responsibility once a courier receives the parcel, we will assist you in resolving any delivery concerns.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please check with neighbours or your local postal office.
  • You may be required to file a claim with the courier for lost or stolen shipments.
  • If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Accurate address details are essential. Luxevéria is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Contact us promptly if you need to update your address before the order dispatches.
  • After shipping, address changes or rerouting cannot be completed.

8. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to delivery issues, refusal or incorrect address details, the following conditions apply:

  • Reshipment: Packages may be resent once additional postage is paid.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs.
